Purpose
|
Using Korea's excellent human and material infrastructure (practice ships and teachers), by inviting preliminary seafarers (College of Maritime Studies, 2nd and 4th grade) from developing countries, training high-quality seawearers and providing employment opportunities by providing essential education necessary for obtaining a marine engineer's license.
